Weekly sessions

Ready to kick your fitness into gear? Jarrod is certified in corrective exercise and can train around injuries, help get you back into alignment, and work around your schedule.

A monthly plan includes a personalized workout routine to help you meet your individual fitness goals, accountability to maintain your fitness, and a non-intimidating environment where you never have to wait for a piece of equipment.

Choose up to fives sessions per week to fit your schedule and objectives.

In addition to your weekly sessions with Jarrod, you will have free access to a fitness app. In between sessions you will be able to maintain your progress with a personalized workout routine that is specifically tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and physical abilities!

Single sessions

Not ready to commit to a full time fitness plan? Just looking for a change in your normal workout routine? 

Come in for an individual session to see what training is all about or learn some new approaches to take home with you. Jarrod will run you through a 60-minute workout session to fit your needs.
