Self-Propelled Fitness and Studio on Main are teaming up to offer a Group Kettlebell Workout class. 

It's a total-body workout that'll make you sweat, tone your muscles, and boost your strength! Jarrod from Self-Propelled Fitness will lead the class and teach you all the right moves. Whether a beginner or a fitness pro, this class is for everyone. So join Self-Propelled at Studio on Main for an awesome Kettlebell Class.

$120 per person for 6 weekly sessions, Thursday mornings at 8:00 am- September 5 - October 10.

Group Run

Free to Join every Saturday morning at 8:00 am

September thru October we will join Independence on the Run


All levels of runners are welcome.

Sign-in will take place at the Uptown Market. The route will be a 5k route through the neighborhood from Uptown Market to Englewood and back.

No matter your skill level or experience, group classes can help you gain skills, have fun and connect with others.  Group training classes are offered periodically at Self-Propelled fitness and at partner facilities.
